We ship to 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

We ship to most countries around the world.

We will not ship to countries subject to embargoes or restrictions imposed by the United States government.

We need 2 to 3 business days to process the order. And usually, the shipping time takes 5 to 7 business days. The shipping may be delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notify our customers ahead of delays.

Notice: For all orders, including pre-orders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Collections are not delayed whenever they are expected to ship.

Possible reasons could be that your bank didn’t authorize the 3D Secure transaction, the card security check failed, or the payment exceeded your credit card limit. Due to security limitations, we cannot tell why the system declined a payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any orders canceled prior to or during shipment may be subject to a 5% order cancellation fee.

If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, brand-new condition, and with its original packaging and labels.Please return the products at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number in case the package is lost in transit.

If you need to cancel the order and ask for a refund, please contact us at: support@sumarpo.com for help, be sure to provide your order number and any other relevant information to help them identify your purchase.The money will be refunded to your original account after we receive the products.Please refer to the return&exchange policy for detail if you still have any questions.

Please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label tosupport@sumarpo.com.

We accept all the addresses and product changes of order before the order doesn't be shipped.

If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sumarpo.com

WARRANTY

-From the date of purchase, SUMARPO offers a two-year manufacturing and material warranty for all wetsuits.(proof of purchase is indispensable)
-The repaired or warranted products through the retail place of purchase or www.sumarpo.com customer service can directly exchange.Product warranties are valid for the original owner;if purchased used or second-hand and through any unauthorized dealer, classified ads of any type, and online auction sites, the product warranties are void.
