Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, brand-new condition, and with its original packaging and labels. Please return the products at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number in case the package is lost in transit.

I want to return / exchange a product. What should I do?

Email us at support@sumarpo.com. In your email, please include the below items of information. This will go a long way in expediting your inquiry.
  1. Name
  2. Order #
  3. Detailed Reason for Return / Exchange

We will offer the return address in the reply email. 

Note

  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unwashed, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Sumarpo is not responsible for returns damaged in transit, so please use a service with tracking and take care of wrapping your items securely.
  • You will need to attach the order number to the outside of the return shipping box for us to identify.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the price of the returned items within 3 to 5 business days, minus the shipping costs incurred in the initial order.

Cancelled Orders:

  • Any orders canceled prior to or during shipment may be subject to a 5% order cancellation fee.

If you received a damaged product:

Please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label to support@sumarpo.com.

Helpful Tips

  • We recommend trying on your items quickly after receiving them to ensure size and fit are correct. 
  • You will receive an email once your refund is processed.
