But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return & exchanges process super easy.

RETURN POLICY

Most items sold on Sumarpo may be returned within 30 days after the date of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

All returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Please remember to be careful when trying on and/or using the product during this trial period as we are not able to accept returns that have been damaged.
  • Return must be received within 30-days from the date the product was delivered. 

Return Shipping Fee:

If there is no quality issue with the product, the customer is responsible for returning the items themselves. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe return of the items.

Return Process: 

  • Before start a return process, please contact our Sumarpo support team in advance. Email us at support@sumarpo.com. In your email, please include the below items of information. This will go a long way in expediting your inquiry.
  1. Name
  2. Order #
  3. Detailed Reason for Return / Exchange
  • Sumarpo is not responsible for returns damaged in transit, so please use a service with tracking and take care of wrapping your items securely. You are responsible for any potential fee caused during returning.
  • You will need to attach the order number to the outside of the return shipping box for us to identify.

REFUND POLICY

Scenario 1: Refund Before Shipment & During Shipment

1. If you want to cancel your order and get refund before the order is shipped, please contact our support team, and we will help you cancel it. Any orders canceled prior to or during shipment may be subject to a 5% order cancellation fee.

Scenario 2: Refund After Package Delivered

1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, postmarked within 30 days after the delivered date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.

2. For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, as per your request.
3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
    Scenario 3: If You Received a Damaged Products

    If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 30 days of receiving them. Please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label to support@sumarpo.com. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.

    To exchange your purchase for a different size or model, Please send an email to support@sumarpo.com with your order number for complete return instructions.
