Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 28 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition. Please return the products at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number in case the package is lost in transit.

I want to return / exchange a product. What should I do?

Email us at support@sumarpo.com. In your email, please include the below items of information. This will go a long way in expediting your inquiry
  1. Name
  2. Order #
  3. Detailed Reason for Return / Exchange

We will offer the returning address in the reply email. 

Cancelled Orders:

  • Any orders cancelled prior to or during shipment may be subject to a 5% order cancellation fee

If you received a damaged product:

Please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label to support@sumarpo.com.

Helpful Tips

  • We recommend trying on your items quickly after receiving them to ensure size and fit are correct. 
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process from the day they are shipped back.
  • You will receive an email once your refund is processed.

Note

  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unwashed, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Sumarpo is not responsible for returns damaged in transit, so please use a service with tracking and take care in wrapping your items securely.
