Terms Of Returns And Exchanges

We have an easy Returns & Exchange policy.

ANY item(s) purchased may be exchanged or returned if you don't love them.

  • You DO NOT need to obtain consent from us before returning a product. Simply fill out the Returns & Exchanges form and email it to:support@sumarpo.com. We will offer the returning address. After that, mail the products back to us using the carrier of your choice.


  • Our experts are here to help you with any questions; we can help you find the right gear in the correct size. Please don't hesitate to contact us.

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase - Holiday Note: The days of returns and exchanges will be postponed during the period of holidays.


  • You can exchange products in other sizes or any other products on our website. The required exchange products will be shipped after the customer pays the additional shipping fee and SUMARPO confirms that the returned products are up to specification; please email support@sumarpo.com if you have any questions.


  • Sumarpo is not responsible for returns damaged in transit, so please use a service with tracking and take care in wrapping your items securely.


  • If there are no quality issues, but you are still not satisfied with the purchase, the items may be eligible to return for a refund within 30 days of order received. Once we receive and check your items, we will refund it to your account.


         -All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unwashed, unused, and with original tags and packaging.

         -You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

         -Due to hygiene reasons, underwear can not be returned.
