Can goods be sent to a different mailing address from the billing address?
Yes, you can send it to a different address. Your billing address should show the mode of payment address. The shipping address is at your decision and can be different from the billing address.
How long does it take to received goods from the purchase?
The estimated time taken for your order to arrive depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Usually, standard shipping in the non-remote areas takes 3-5 days; also, you can choose expedited shipping, the order will arrive in two days. Once I place an order, how long will it take to ship?
In-stock orders are usually ship out within 5 business days. For reservations, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. After the order is shipped, the shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email. Any delivery date provided by SUMARPO is estimated.
How do I know when my order starts shipping?
Once your order sends to our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. An order tracking number, an operator specification, and a link will be provided in the email so that you can access the order status.

What if I order the wrong product?
If you order the wrong product accidentally, you can use our 30-day exchange/return policy to exchange for the product you want to order.
What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
We guarantee that the goods will only be delivered to the address you provided when you place your order. It is impossible to change the address of a package that is already in transit.
What if I enter the wrong billing address?
If our system accepts your order, it means that your Credit Card Company accepts the address entered. You do not need to contact us to update your billing address.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our order processing center is speedy and starts to work as soon as the order is placed, so be sure to double-check the details of your order to ensure that we receive the needed order. If you still need to cancel the order due to some irresistible reasons, 8% of the total cost should be paid for cancellation(before orders are shipped); we can not cancel or change orders once the orders are shipped.
